    In-Stock Items:
    Domestic orders typically ship within 2-3 working days if the item is available in stock.

    Tracking:
    You will receive an email and SMS with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

    Address Accuracy:
    To ensure timely delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the zip code and a contact number.

    Additional Shipping Charges:
    In cases of Return to Origin (RTO) or re-delivery attempts, any additional shipping fees will be charged to the customer.

    International Orders:

    Note:
    Weekends and public holidays are not considered working days for shipping and deliveries.

  • Return to Origin (RTO) or Re-Delivery: In the event of a Return to Origin (RTO) or a re-delivery attempt, customers will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.

    RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

    Ceramic Products

    • Return Policy: Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products delivered in perfect condition.

    • Damage in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery, providing clear images of the damaged box and items. We will arrange for a replacement. Contact us at minimalindianhome@gmail.com.

    • Condition Check: Before accepting shipments from the delivery personnel, please ensure that the package is in good condition and has not been tampered with.

    • Reporting Damages: Any complaints reported after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.

    • International Orders: International orders are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

    • Sale and Discounted Items: Products purchased during sales or at discounted prices are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

    • Gifts: All gifts purchased through our online store are final sale and not eligible for exchanges, refunds, or returns.

    • Refunds: Refunds are only issued for fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. Return/exchange requests are accepted once per order.

    • Return Policy: We do not accept returns for wallpapers and wall art.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Cancellation Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped from our warehouse, a cancellation fee of Rs. 300 or the payment gateway charges (whichever is higher) will be applied.

    • Cancellation After Shipment: If the item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. We do not have a "Change of Heart" Policy.

    • Notification for Cancellation: To cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing it by emailing minimalindianhome@gmail.com.
