What is your return policy for damaged or unsatisfactory ceramic tableware?
We take great care in crafting and packaging our ceramic tableware, but if your order arrives damaged we’re here to help. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the damaged and the packaging. We will offer a replacement or store credit based on the issue and availability.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for ceramic products due to their fragile nature and the challenges of reverse logistics. We also do not process returns for reasons of change of heart.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out if you need help choosing the right piece before placing your order.
Is Minimal Indian tableware safe for food use?
Yes, all Minimal Indian tableware is food-safe. Each piece is crafted using high-quality materials and finishes that meet food safety standards, and we use no harmful chemicals on the products. All our tableware is safe to use in the dishwasher. Although we suggest handwash with mild soap and water to prolong the life and appearance. Avoid using abrasive scrubbers. Do not leave on used pieces for too long to avoid staining.
Can I use your ceramic tableware in the microwave?
Our ceramic tableware items are microwave safe. Although please avoid extreme temperature fluctuations.
Will the prints on the ceramic fade after multiple use?
We specialize in inglaze printing, which ensures that our designs stay vibrant and won’t fade, even with regular use. This method guarantees long-lasting beauty and durability.
Do you offer customization options for your ceramic tableware?
We offer customization for bulk orders that align with our brand aesthetic and design sensibility — ideal for special occasions, corporate gifting and hospitality.
However, we do not offer single-piece or one-off customizations, as our process is rooted in handcrafted, small-batch production.

We only recommend installation service providers in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Our company does not provide installations.

These wallpapers can be gently cleaned with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or excessive moisture, as it may damage the wallpaper. Avoid sharp materials, peeling with nails, pens, markers and please avoid installing on seepage prone walls.
Can I customize the wallpaper color?
